Position: Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Location: Hamburg, Germany

Type: Full-time/on-site

Minimum requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience with agile development in Scrum or Kanban
• At least 2 years of experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Business fluent German
• At least 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master, or comparable position in agile software development
• Qualification as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (verified by Scrum exam or certification by TÜV, or comparable)
• Qualification as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master (verified by Scrum exam or certification by TÜV, or comparable)
• At least 2 successfully completed reference projects in the role of Agile Coach/Scrum Master

Evaluation criterias:

• Certification as an Agile Coach/Scrum Master and experience with agile development methods such as Scrum or comparable certification
• Experience with agile development in scaled agile frameworks (e.g., LeSS or SAFe)
• At least 2 years of experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Experience in the healthcare sector
• Experience in the statutory health insurance environment
• Experience with security-compliant development, e.g., according to BSI-TR-03107 & BSI-TR- 03161
• Experience in projects with data protection requirements according to EIDAS Substantial/High
