Company Overview
SC&A provides expertise in radiation sciences, risk assessment and management, engineering services, nuclear licensing and permitting, environmental restoration and management, occupational and industrial health and safety, public outreach, National Environmental Policy Act and regulatory compliance, training, environmental management, advanced technology assessment and development, and information management. SC&A has approximately 35 employees and more than 100 associates across the United States. We have held more tan 300 contracts with 150 clients for an aggregate value of approximately $260 million.

SC&A was formed in 1981 by our current president, Sanford C. Cohen.

We are a small environmental consulting company providing contract services primarily to federal government clients. Our primary area of business is in radiation science but we also have growing capabilities in environmental impact assessment.
